This policy explains what information the MYXNXX app (“the app”) and the website myxnxx.tv (“the site”) collect when you use them, and how that information is used. MYXNXX is operated from Lagos, Nigeria.

1. What we collect

• App usage data. Titles you watch, your watch history, language settings and in-app preferences, so the app can remember where you stopped and suggest stories you may like.
• Device information. Device model, Android version, screen size and app version, used to keep the app stable and compatible.
• Download data. When you download the app from this site, our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and time of download, for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address to watch.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. How your information is used

Collected data is used only to operate and improve the app and the site: to keep playback working, to fix crashes, to understand which stories are popular, and to keep the service secure. Marketing campaigns may use anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, how many people installed the app), never your watch history.

4. Storage and retention

Watch history and preferences are stored on your own device. Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security and are then deleted.

5. Third-party services

The app download is served through our file hosting provider, which processes the technical download logs described above.

We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It sends standard event data to Meta/Facebook — such as the page you visited and which download button you clicked — so we can measure which ads lead to app downloads. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block cookies or tracking scripts in your browser; the site and app will still work.

6. Children

MYXNXX is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your choices

You can clear your watch history and preferences at any time by clearing the app’s data in your Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
